New patients can also book online via Zocdoc. Note that appointments listed on Zocdoc are only those that can acommodate a new patient (90min), so while returning patients are welcome to schedule via Zocdoc, more appointment times are usually available by contacting the office directly.

Parking
There is a complimentary patient parking lot located two doors south of the office. It’s a simple driveway with no gate. It’s a small lot with 10 spaces available on a first come first serve basis, but if this lot is full, there is free street parking along State Street or one block over on Wabash. Please be mindful of street signs.
Insurance
Equilibrium is in network with BCBS PPO; out of network with Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare.
The cost depends on your individual insurance plan and whether you have acupuncture coverage. Please contact your insurance company prior to your visit to confirm your benefits.
Cash rates
First treatment (90 min), includes history/exam and treatment - $150
Subsequent treatments (60 min)- $95
Package of 5 treatments - $450
Package of 10 treatments - $850
